LEADERSHIP CAPACITIES FOR SYSTEMS CHANGE

INTRODUCTION TO THE INNER DEVELOPMENT GOALS

What if the most important variable in your ability to lead systems change isn't your technical expertise, but how you show up as a leader? In this session, you’ll be introduced to the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), a science-based leadership framework grounded in research from 22,000+ academics and leaders across 194 countries, built on the principle that inner growth and relational capacity are the foundation for leading effective outer change. Participants will explore the five dimensions of the framework: BEING, THINKING, RELATING, COLLABORATING, and ACTING, and complete a personal assessment to map their own leadership development journey.
