TAPPING INTO PEER WISDOM

EXPLORE REAL-WORLD CHALLENGES WITH YOUR PEERS

Bring your real-world change challenge and tap into the collective wisdom of your peers. Described as “unexpectedly powerful”, this collaborative problem-solving session provides you with a chance to connect with your peers to give and receive actionable feedback on the challenges you are faced with.

For the best experience, participants should be responsible for leading sustainability and/or social impact change initiatives. Leaders between roles are welcome.

Dates: Wed May 13th, 12-1pm PT | Thu May 21st, 9-10am PT

INTRODUCTION TO THE INNER DEVELOPMENT GOALS

SKILLS FOR TRANSFORMATIONAL SYSTEMS CHANGE

Have you ever wondered what it actually takes to lead transformational systems change? This session will introduce you to the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), a science-based framework developed to support leaders in complex systems change, so that, as a global society, we can achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. Participants will explore the framework and complete a personal assessment to map their own change leadership journey.

Dates: Thu May 14th, 9-10am PT | Wed May 20th, 12-1pm PT

Fri May 22nd, 8:00-8:20am & 9:00-9:20am PT

WILD AND ROOTED RETREATS

ADVENTURE, SUSTAINABILITY, AND CONNECTION

Southern Oregon is one of the most ecologically remarkable regions in North America. As a globally recognized biodiversity hotspot, the Rogue Valley is home to sustainable agriculture, wild rivers, three mountain ranges, and some of the most stunning landscapes in the Pacific Northwest.

Set against this backdrop, these retreats blend outdoor adventure (white water rafting or hiking) with sustainability tours (regenerative farm and winery visits), and time to connect with fellow change leaders in a place that reminds you why the work matters.

PROFESSIONALS & PERIMENOPAUSE

AN HONEST CONVERSATION ABOUT “THE CHANGE”

If we are going to talk about change leadership, we should probably talk about THE CHANGE. This 3-part series for women at any stage—whether you're approaching perimenopause, in the thick of it, or already through menopause. Together, we'll deepen awareness of what happens to us during this transition and what it means to navigate it as a professional.
