TAPPING INTO PEER WISDOM
EXPLORE REAL-WORLD CHALLENGES WITH YOUR PEERS
Bring your real-world change challenge and tap into the collective wisdom of your peers. Described as “unexpectedly powerful”, this collaborative problem-solving session provides you with a chance to connect with your peers to give and receive actionable feedback on the challenges you are faced with.
For the best experience, participants should be responsible for leading sustainability and/or social impact change initiatives. Leaders between roles are welcome.

LEADERSHIP CAPACITIES
FOR SYSTEMS CHANGE
INTRODUCTION TO THE INNER DEVELOPMENT GOALS
What if the most important variable in your ability to lead systems change isn't your technical expertise, but how you show up as a leader? In this session, you’ll be introduced to the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), a science-based leadership framework grounded in research from 22,000+ academics and leaders across 194 countries, built on the principle that inner growth and relational capacity are the foundation for leading effective outer change. Participants will explore the five dimensions of the framework: BEING, THINKING, RELATING, COLLABORATING, and ACTING, and complete a personal assessment to map their own leadership development journey.
To learn more about the IDGs, visit https://innerdevelopmentgoals.org/
Dates: Thu July 9th, 12-1 pm or Wed July 22nd, 9-10 am (PDT)
THE POWER OF PRESENCE
STAYING GROUNDED THROUGH CHAOS
The world is a lot right now. But what if the most precious thing you can bring into this moment isn’t your technical expertise or a better strategy, but something deeper? Your presence.
Presence is what allows you to stay grounded in complexity and uncertainty, and to lead through chaos rather than react to it. It is a quality of being that builds trust and deepens connection. In this session, participants will experience specific practices that build presence and to consider a quality of leadership that the world needs most from you.
Dates:
Fri July 10th, 9:00-9:30am PT or Fri July 24th, 8:00-8:30am (PDT)
